Hyundai to Offer 31 Electric Car Models by 2030
The Hyundai Motor Group has set its sights on becoming one of the top three electric car manufacturers in the world by 2030, and is ramping up its investments in this area to achieve this goal, the company plans to offer a total of 31 electric cars by 2030, which will include new models from Hyundai, Kia and Genesis....

These new models will place themselves in new top segments, thereby broadening the range of models offered by the group.

Kia has recently unveiled its new electric car, the Kia EV9, which is one of the many new models that will contribute to the group's electric car portfolio.

Hyundai will also present the Hyundai IONIQ 7 in the coming year, which is based on the large SUV concept Seven.

The group is targeting an annual production volume of 1.51 million electric cars in South Korea and 3.54 million globally by 2030.

They will also begin regional production of electric cars that are specifically designed for the regions in which they will be sold.

For example, Kia plans to manufacture compact and medium-sized electric cars in Europe.

Last week, Kia announced that it has begun construction of a new factory that will build adaptable transport vehicles such as electric vans, known as PBV vehicles.

The first cars are expected to roll out of this factory in 2025.
